The General English course is LingoFlow’s principal course and the most in-depth one, covering all components of the language: speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
The primary goal of the course is to enable students to fully master their current level of English and seamlessly progress to the next level upon completion. This includes comprehensive coverage of all language components.
The course is exclusively taught by native-speaking teachers from the United States, the United Kingdom, and South Africa. Our experience shows that learning with native speakers helps students overcome inhibitions and build confidence in their English skills.
Lessons are conducted online, primarily via Zoom, with teaching materials and exercises provided through the Cambridge One platform.
For the General English course, we primarily utilize the new Cambridge American English textbook, Empower, alongside the Cambridge One online learning platform. The course materials include the Student’s Book, the Workbook, and an electronic version of the textbook for added convenience.

The Cambridge learning platform features a Digital Workbook designed with a modern, interactive approach. Unlike traditional textbooks, it offers engaging digital exercises that students can complete on their phone or laptop. The platform provides instant feedback, showing correct answers and recommending sections to review when mistakes are made.
Students also complete written and spoken assignments directly on the platform, where the teacher provides personalized feedback. Teachers have real-time access to detailed insights into students’ activities, including time spent on the platform, homework completion, results, areas of difficulty, and where additional support is needed. This innovative system ensures a more dynamic, personalized, and efficient learning experience for students.
After each unit, students have the opportunity to take a test to assess their understanding of the material. Midterm and final tests are also conducted on the platform. Progress is tracked transparently, allowing students, teachers, and the school to monitor performance. The test results determine whether the student is ready to advance to the next level.
Teachers provide the company with monthly individual progress reports for each student, along with detailed attendance records.
Employees who complete the course will receive official certificates of achievement, recognizing their progress and proficiency.
